Description:
Waiokeola is a crucial sanctuary for individuals experiencing homelessness in downtown Honolulu. Since our establishment in 2008, we’ve offered safe accommodation, nutritious meals, and empowering services to over 8,000 men, women, and families facing hardship. Our 75-bed facility operates around the clock, providing not just a place to rest, but also educational workshops, healthcare assistance, and family reunification programs. In the past year alone, we’ve supported 200 individuals in finding permanent housing and helped 100 secure stable employment. With your generosity, we can continue to be a pillar of support for our community’s most vulnerable members.
